At GAG Store Printing, we take great care in ensuring that every product is printed with the highest quality and accuracy. Please read our policy carefully before placing your order.
No Return or Refund
Once an order is confirmed and sent for printing, no return, cancellation, or refund will be available.
Since all our products are custom-made and personalized, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect selection, or personal preference.
Physical Products: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Please note that color variations of up to 10% due to display settings or print/material differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
Exceptions – Printing Mistakes or Damages
We will provide a replacement or refund only if:
The print has a manufacturing defect or printing error that was not caused by the design file submitted by the customer.
The product arrives damaged during printing or shipping.
Important Notes
Customers are responsible for providing correct design files, content, and order details. Any errors in the submitted design (spelling mistakes, incorrect images, low resolution, etc.) will not be eligible for refund or replacement.
All claims must be reported to us within 48 hours of product delivery, along with supporting photos/videos of the defect or damage.
After verification, we will either reprint the order at no extra cost or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
